The Ranch, with Paul Feig

Last week, at the Austin Film Fest, I got to listen to Paul Feig give a little talk about what exactly it is that he does.

He told these stories about "The Ranch", the thinktank-clubhouse of his youth. (The quotations are approximations, not direct, as I wasn't taking dictation during the talk.)  Paul was absolutely delightful to listen to and I'm really looking forward to his next movie, "The Heat", with Sandra Bullock and Mellisa McCarthy, written by the hi-larious Katie Dippold of "Parks and Rec". Keep an eye out for it.

Sassquach is on the road, so enjoy this unfinished comic.

How's it going, pals? I'm in Texas for the Austin Film Festival this week, away from scanners and the like, so in lieu of a new comic, please accept this unfinished oddity.

Austin's off to a great start. First interaction I had with the town was strolling down 6th...a drunken guy reeled around my shoulder, peered at my face and said, "Ew."

That'll do, pig. That'll do.
